Does STA STICKY have a physical store locally?
Although our office is located here in St. Augustine, we do not currently have a retail location. However, we are working on a local pickup option and plan to do pop-up events around town.

What is Print on Demand?
STA STICKY primary operates using a Print on Demand model which means products are not produced until purchased by our customers. This allows us to offer a wider range of designs, colors, and sizes without the costly inventory burden.
When can I expect my order?
Most orders will be printed and shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation but during high demand this may extend slightly longer. Shipping times will vary depending on destination and selected service.
Why do orders ship from outside of Florida?
We partner with a 3rd party for printing our designs and online orders will ship from their printing locations directly to your provided address. Most orders will ship from our partner's manufacturing facility in Coppell, TX but facilities in Ohio and North Carolina are also utilized as needed.
Why was my order sent in split shipments?
Our printing partner produces a wide range of products across multiple facilities. Your order may ship in multiple packages due to being fulfilled by different operations. We utilize technology to make this determination based on cost and timing.
My order arrived with issues, what do I do?
We take product quality very seriously. If you receive an item that is not the quality you expected please contact us at wecanhelp@stasticky.com with your order details and we'll make it right.
